DOW University has started taking admission for the fall 2024 intake. DUHS has officially announced the admission opening in the various programs for 2024.  Dow University of Health and Sciences has started enrolling students in Pharmaceutical Management, Finance and Marketing, Healthcare Management and Human Resource Management in all programs. Now students can apply for BS, BBA, MBA and EMBA. Here we have given the complete details about the DOW University admissions, important dates, eligibility criteria and the admission process.

DUHS Scholarships 

DUHS has an FAO (Financial Aid Office) to help deserving students who cannot pay the fees due to the low financial conditions. The scholarships, Loan services, Qarz-e-Hasna and financial assistance to all the needy students applying for the undergraduate and graduate level. The motto of FAO is to function actively to distribute resources fairly to the students dreaming of pursuing their academic goals with dedication without any financial issues. Dow University has made different criteria for scholarship awarding for various programs.

DOW University Eligibility Criteria
For BBA (2 years):

• 14-year education (with minimum 50% marks),
• IBHM Entry Test (at least 50% marks required)
• Selection Interview (Satisfactory)
• Candidate’s domicile of Sindh

For BBA (4 years):

• 12 year education (with minimum 50% marks),
• IBHM Entry Test (with at least 50% marks required)
• Selection Interview (Satisfactory)
• Candidate’s domicile of Sindh

For MBA at IBHM:

• 16-year education with a minimum 50% Marks

How to Apply for DUHS Admission 2024?

• Navigate to the official DOW University website for fall admissions 2024.
• Select the desired programs you want to enroll in from the academics section of the website.
• Now press the start admission application button to apply online.
• Enter the personal information in the portal for registration at DUHS.
• After signing up, an application form will be opened in front of you. Complete the information and attach the necessary documents and pictures.
• This online portal gives you the option to postpone the application filling in the middle and continue again after a while when you have time to complete it.
• After completing the application, it is time to pay the challan fees of Rs. 2500 online or at the UBL branch, Baba-e-Urdu Road Branch Karachi.
• Upload the paid challan fees receipt and submit the application online.

DUHS Aptitude Test

Dow University of Health Sciences conducts the aptitude test to allow admission to deserving candidates. The aptitude test comprises multiple-choice questions. All the students will have specifically one hour to solve them. Minimum 50% marks are required to pass the test. These test marks are included in the final merit calculation. This year DOW University fall admission aptitude test is finally announced to be conducted on 18 August 2024.

Important Instructions

• The deadline for applying at DUHS Fall Admissions 2024 is 16th August 2024.
• All candidates must submit the application online. You can also download the form from the official DOW University website https://www.duhs.edu.pk/.
• If you have selected an application submitted by hand directly, a hard copy of the application form with all the mandatory documents must be submitted to Meezan Bank, Baba-e-Urdu Road Branch, at Dow Medical College, Karachi.
• Application fees are non-refundable in any case.
• Candidates appearing for the DOW Aptitude test must bring the stationery that includes a pencil and eraser as well.
• Students having valid GAT clearance are exempted from every GAT exam which is conducted with university entry tests. They just need to submit a hard copy of their GAT result with the application form.
